LeapXpert is looking for a dynamic Product Marketing Manager who will play a crucial role in driving our growth and expansion. As we continue to innovate in the enterprise messaging and voice solutions space, this is a critical position that will help us build awareness, establish thought leadership, and drive demand for our groundbreaking products.

It is an exciting time to join our well-funded startup, which is rapidly expanding into the financial services and legal sectors with Global Tier 1 Financial Institutions and Legal Firms using The LeapXpert Communications Platform for secure, compliant communications on consumer messaging and voice channels.

You will be part of our fun and international marketing team.

What you’ll do:

  • Distill our technology and value proposition into powerful, compelling and differentiated messaging, positioning and stories that target enterprise buyers (IT/communications, compliance, security) and use cases
  • Work closely with sales, marketing and product leadership to generate compelling content and sales enablement material in a variety of forms including web copy, videos, blogs, datasheets, whitepapers and presentations
  • Collaborate with our product team to understand product roadmap and to develop and implement coordinated plans for launches and announcements
  • Work together with our demand generation team to support campaigns and initiatives for our existing and future products and audiences
  • Help to educate and enable our sales and partner teams to sell the value and differentiation of our products and solutions
  • Analyze market trends and competitor’s products and strategies


  • 3+ years of experience in a product marketing role
  • Strong understanding and relevant experience related to business communication, voice, messaging and B2B products targeting technical and business audiences
  • Strong skills distilling and communicating the value of technical products into clear, differentiated messages and value propositions to diverse audiences
  • Fast, motivated learner with the ability to quickly grasp the key capabilities and value proposition of complex technologies
  • Self-starter able to excel in a fast-moving, remote-first startup environment
  • Team player able to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally within our global team
  • Location: US - Remote / New York
