We are looking for a thoughtful and entrepreneurial Director, Revenue Marketing with deep digital marketing experience and exceptional-problem solving skills to help us as we enter our next chapter of growth. You will architect and execute our revenue marketing strategy, owning and driving all aspects of lead generation, conversion from lead to customer, and marketing driven opportunities for expansion. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Rev Ops, and the rest of the Marketing team to ensure our revenue generating programs are working to achieve our goals and help us deliver on our mission to simplify team management for restaurants.

What you’ll do:

  • Define and execute our acquisition marketing strategy and related KPIs across the entire customer journey, using data insights to monitor results and capitalizing on what’s working, and pivoting away from what’s not  
  • Own our lead generation and top of funnel acquisition strategies across multiple audiences and mediums, overseeing execution and implementation, collaborating across the marketing organization
  • Own and report on our trial conversion rates, working alongside our Sales and Product Growth teams to ensure we are constantly testing and improving our in trial experience
  • Drive and work alongside our Customer Success and Product Marketing teams to surface, create, and drive more opportunities for expansion
  • Hypothesize, test, iterate — you are a growth hacker at heart constantly driving new tests and iterating upon your learnings
  • Lead a growing team of talented marketers who are responsible for the top of funnel acquisition of our customers

What you have:

  • 7-10+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, and integrated campaign execution in B2B SaaS
  • 3+ years of leadership experience
  • Experience in owning a lead generation, conversion, and expansion target as a key indicator of performance
  • A track record of success in measuring, testing, and improving campaign and channel effectiveness at various stages of the funnel
  • Extensive experience working alongside revenue and product teams to help build a pipeline of qualified opportunities from email, content, events (digital and live), performance marketing, etc

It’d be even cooler if you had:

  • Experience in tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, Intercom, Google Analytics, or AdWords
  • Experience working at a product-led growth company that has a trial experience included in their sales process
  • Experience with account-based marketing
