We are looking for a Group Marketing Manager to support the next stage of our growth, helping us to become the global market leader in our chosen markets.

Reporting to the CEO, the role will see you take the lead on strategy and manage a remote global  team to deliver an even split between enhancing brand awareness and recognition amongst our target market, developing engaging marketing communications that convey our value proposition, and executing targeted campaigns that deliver ROI in support of our sales targets.


This is an exciting role, suiting someone who has strong commercial and creative marketing experience. They will enjoy being an active member of our dynamic, growing and increasingly global team and want to play a leading role in building our capability internationally.


Salary & Location:

£40,000 - £60,000 + benefits (Very flexible depending on person.

UK (London) could be hybrid up to 2 days/week remote. Flexible working 


The purpose is to lead the Group Marketing function to:

  • Enhance the Group & subsidiary company brands
  • Engage our customers, employees, and other stakeholders through meaningful communications
  • Run targeted marketing campaigns to support our sales and profitability goals


Main Duties and Areas of Responsibility

  • Work with the Leadership team to develop the Group Marketing strategy
  • Manage, motivate, and develop your team to implement and achieve the Group
  • Marketing strategy
  • Own, maintain and enhance our brand positioning and core narrative, making sure this remains fresh and unique in a rapidly evolving marketplace
  • Run targeted brand awareness and lead generation campaigns using online and offline channels
  • Track and report progress against specific marketing targets using key metrics
  • Work collaboratively with our sales teams to create client case studies and success stories to help leverage future growth
  • Lead and develop our internal communication strategy
  • Take overall editorial responsibility for content marketing that drives inbound sales enquiries
  • Build and nurture marketing partnerships with relevant organisations that share our mission
  • Develop compelling marketing collateral that communicates our value proposition
  • Support the growth of our social media accounts, increasing their reach and influence
  • Overall responsibility for the Group’s websites and social media
  • Manage our marketing budget ensuring a clear ROI on all approved expenditure
  • Select and manage external creative agencies and freelancers to agreed budgets




Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Competence required


  • Proven operator with 3+ years’ experience within B2B Digital & Traditional Marketing
  • 1+ years’ experience in a Marketing leadership role including strategy, people & budget management experience
  • Ability to successfully lead, empower, manage, coach and develop your team
  • Proactive and organised, with strong ability to multi-task & prioritise
  • Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Intellectual curiosity and industry perspective
  • Down to earth engagement style, prepared to get hands dirty in the detail when required, as well as up at the strategic level
  • Good communicator across all levels
  • Collaborator and team player
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
