Overview

The successful Demand Generation Manager is data-driven and creative with proven experience in leveraging multiple overlapping channels. We’re looking for a marketing powerhouse to own and optimize engagement channels including email, paid search, display, retargeting, and direct mail to drive brand amplification and lead generation at scale. This is an opportunity to scale the demand generation function at Salucro and make a lasting impact for a disruptive company driving innovation and patient engagement in a fractured healthcare technology industry.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute measurable integrated demand programs that drive revenue opportunities.
  • Work with the Senior Director of Marketing to oversee goals and budget, tracking full campaign and portfolio performance.
  • Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of demand generation activities on sales pipeline, revenue, and sales cycle length – specifically with experience on aggregating data into and reporting through Hubspot and Salesforce.
  • Lead creative development to build assets designed to provide optimal testing strategies.
  • Own programs from initial conceptualization, execution of the creative process, program execution, and success measurement for a variety of channels.
  • Work closely with the rest of the marketing team to execute on campaigns, and the product and account management teams to stay updated on new product and feature needs at different stages of the buyer’s journey.
  • Own and drive the calendar of integrated campaigns and communicate program timing with sales to ensure timely follow-up of incoming leads

Skills, Experience and Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing and 3+ years of highly analytical experience in B2B growth marketing or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategy and planning as well as hands-on execution.
  • An energetic and creative self-starter with demonstrated leadership and business ownership balanced with personal accountability.
  • Hands on experience working with marketing automation systems (Hubspot and Salesforce preferred).
  • Previous experience writing compelling copy, and working with other members of the marketing team to execute on owned campaigns.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to easily switch gears while maintaining and executing on a high-level content calendar.
  • Experience in either the healthcare or fintech industries preferred.
  • Remote candidates will be considered.
