Endor Labs is a well-funded, early stage startup in the cybersecurity and developer productivity space. The company was founded by Varun Badwhar and Dimitri Stiliadis, both of whom created category-defining companies which resulted in successful exits and billions of dollars in market cap. The founding team includes senior engineers from Uber, Meta, Amazon, Cisco, Salesforce, Splunk, and F5. 

Endor Labs is tackling emerging challenges in the supply chain security space. We help organizations to reuse open source software more efficiently, while increasing the security and hygiene of the software supply chain.

Demand Generation at Endor Labs

We believe marketing is foundational to the success of a startup. That’s why we’re investing in it so early. And if we’re being honest, this is a crowded and competitive market, so we need creative, passionate people to help us cut through the noise. We have the top talent in this space building the product, but what good is that if no one knows about it?

The demand generation manager at Endor Labs will help build and own our demand generation funnel. As with most startup roles, this will start as a generalist role, setting up marketing automation, managing virtual and in-person events, and planning creative campaigns to drive demand. 

 Things you’ll do:

  • Create nurture campaigns to make sure our free and paid users have an amazing experience with us and understand the value of Endor Labs
  • Run organic and paid campaigns designed to drive awareness and demand. 
  • Collaborate with the team how to best reuse and distribute content
  • Help set up an initial reporting structure for funnel KPIs such as website visits and free signups
  • Run virtual and in-person events
  • Monitor lead flow and conversion rates against targets and marketing investment


Things you’ll need:

  • 3+ years of experience working in SaaS marketing (Cybersecurity, DevOps, or cloud - a plus!)
  • Experience with marketing automation systems like HubSpot or Intercom, experience with Salesforce a plus
  • Great organizational skills - do you get excited when a spreadsheet looks great?
  • Great people skills - getting things done will require open and honest communication
  • Experience with paid social and search 
  • Familiarity with the B2B sales process
  • General understanding of software development - a plus!
