About the Role

Are you a creative and collaborative experimenter who loves to tinker, test build and scale? Coalition is looking for its first integrated marketing campaigns manager to join the marketing team to help scale our broker and policyholder engagements.

In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of the cyber insurance market, build marketing outreach ideas and structure them into creative, integrated, thoughtful programs to target and nurture our community of brokers, policyholders, and partners across the US and Canadian markets.

You will work collaboratively across Marketing, Growth, Sales and other stakeholders to drive holistic marketing plans that elevate Coalition’s awareness; deliver demand generation campaigns and support scalable sales influence and enablement programs. Your Responsibilities:

  • Create integrated marketing campaign strategy aligned with our product offerings, audience personas, and business needs to drive engagement with our broker base and support company-wide broker acquisition and retention goals 
  • Build and manage quarterly plans that coordinate efforts across marketing, product, growth and sales to maximize the impact of content initiatives, product launches, events and features outreach. 
  • Manage campaign planning, execution, and optimization across all marketing channels – website, email, social, events, paid etc. to deliver a connected customer experience that tells Coalition’s story.
  • Develop segmented broker audiences, and design specific outreach, nurture, and follow up plans for key segments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product marketing, digital, content teams to design and execute thoughtful campaigns with targeted messaging, timelines, and channel distribution plan. 
  • Partner with marketing operations to define campaign KPIs, analyze performance and continually improve how we deploy, track and measure campaign effectiveness. 
  • Provide ongoing campaign reporting, pacing towards goals to stakeholders and share learnings with leadership team and partners
  • Support the rollout and measurement of alliance partner campaigns within the prescriptive buyer journeys and overall segment campaign plans
  • Document processes for transparency and scale our campaign efforts as we expand into newer product lines and markets.

Your Background

  • 5+ years of experience and proven track record in developing and managing integrated campaigns (in a B2B setting preferred)
  • Working knowledge of paid distribution channels (SEM, social, display) and their effective use in marketing campaigns to drive results
  • Collaboration-first mindset is a must including the ability to effectively engage and drive cross-functional teams to align and achieve shared objectives
  • Ability to successfully balance competing priorities and manage complex workstreams with multiple stakeholders while consistently delivering results
  • Ability to frame insights and communicate recommendations simply and effectively
  • Strong analytical skills and track record of measuring and optimizing marketing programs
  • Experience in marketing automation and measurement, specifically in measuring the impact of marketing channels and campaign reporting.
  • Experience with ABM is a plus, but not required
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Impeccable eye for detail; Thrives in fast-paced environment
