Demand Generation Manager

The Marketing team at Neon One is focused on driving growth and building a brand that customers love. More than 6,500 nonprofits use Neon One products to help them achieve their missions—and we’re just getting started. We’re looking for a demand generation manager to help rapidly grow and acquire new customers. 

As a demand generation manager, you’ll help build the foundation for how our marketing organization drives sustainable sales pipeline. You’ll work to understand our buyers and their pain points, execute strategic programs and campaigns that generate demand and leads, and drive pipeline in our most important customer segments. And, you’ll be working closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and our Customer Success Team to make it all happen.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key stakeholder executing integrated campaigns that increase demand, capture engagement, and grow sales pipeline
  • Develop multi-channel demand campaigns including email, SEO, SEM, digital advertising, social media, and ABM
  • Create journeys and execute tactics for all stages of the funnel with emphasis on marketing-sourced qualified pipeline, sales cycles length, win-rate, and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Own end-to-end development and management of campaigns across channels including copy, landing pages, campaign automation, A/B testing, optimization, and reporting
  • Build a deep understanding of the target prospect and their needs; apply thoughtful data-driven, segmentation approaches to effectively reach them
  • Support digital team by planning and executing paid advertising campaigns and conversion rate optimization tactics
  • Proactively identify and pitch new digital marketing ideas for the company, identifying opportunity spaces and developing a strategy and plan
  • Report on campaign performance and pipeline targets and continually optimize campaigns to increase ROI
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Experience:

  • 4+ years of marketing experience within a demand generation or campaign management role a must
  • Experience in B2B SaaS and/or nonprofit a plus
  • Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Strong copywriting skills (e.g. ad headlines, email subject lines)
  • Track record of hitting aggressive pipeline targets and generating revenue
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools like Salesforce and Pardot
  • Self-motivated; must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with little supervision
