We're excited to announce that the (newly formed) Global Demand Generation team at Mixpanel is expanding! The DG team as a unit is responsible for planning, creating, and launching global campaign strategies across multiple marketing channels, to generate and acquire demand in our target audience.

Our team is ready for a full funnel paid media strategy that's all about providing value first and educating our audience, being there when they are ready to talk to us.
  • 🙅‍♀️📚 No gating these playbooks. Is your company still forcing you to measure your success on the number of leads? Not a problem over here! We're focused on on a PLG strategy and driving ARR 📈 That means ultimate freedom to build, experiment, and optimize our way through our paid channels.

Here are other deets on the responsibilities:

  • Own and drive a full-funnel, global paid media strategy (Google, FB, LI, TW, Reddit, etc) that supports global and regional campaign strategies
  • Oversee and optimize a multimillion dollar global paid media budget; evaluate and track key success metrics across channels, and create a forecast on the profitability and lead volume of marketing campaigns.
  • Understand where our ICP is online and create the right audience targeting strategies to reach them through our digital channels — using in-depth knowledge of SEM and paid social platforms to ensure best practices on audience targeting strategies, conversion tracking, and regional nuances.
  • Partner with the performance marketing analyst to build a robust paid media tracking program to get insight into global channel performance and CRO.
  • Create best practices to streamline reporting processes and drive effective communications to get information to the right stakeholders in a timely manner.

We're Looking for Someone Who Has

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS marketing, managing a global paid advertising program, PLG is a plus. (and by the way, we're open to job titles/comp based on experience!)
  • Extensive knowledge of paid media channels (Google AdWords/Display, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, Rollworks, etc).
  • Proven experience creating and scaling a paid media program globally, with strong analytical skills, and the ability to analyze large amounts of data, identify trends, pursue the most important questions, and action on those insights.
