As our Content Marketing Executive you will be primarily responsible for creating and managing content across a number of channels, utilising data to segment customers and prospects, and deliver marketing campaigns.

This role will work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success and Product to create content and campaigns that will lead to successful growth and retention. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and the written word.

What does the role involve?

  • Craft original, well-researched pieces to drive customer growth and retention; including but not limited to blog posts, social media posts, emails, sales enablement collateral, presentations, video or webinar scripts and other content as needed
  • Adapt messaging to resonate with different buyer personas, partnering with Product Management to develop or enhance detail in industry specific buyer personas
  • Work with internal stakeholders to develop ideas and creative solutions that meet project requirements
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to create and implement campaigns across the entire customer lifecycle to improve product adoption and reduce churn
  • Work with Product Marketing to successfully launch new products and features to our customers and internal stakeholders
  • Test, review and report on each campaign, making suggestions for continuous improvements
  • Develop project plans to amplify content across multiple channels and formats, ensuring content created across the entire digital infrastructure is SEO-optimised
  • Create and deliver campaigns from scratch using Marketo
  • Manage agency and contractor work when necessary

What do you need to have?

  • Great experience in conversion copywriting on a marketing team or at an agency
  • Demonstrated ability to write about B2B SaaS for the purpose of buyer/user conversion and engagement
  • Experience in collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure messaging is aligned with product capabilities, market demands, and sales needs to maximize growth in ARR
  • Knowledge of developing sales enablement content to support the buying journey
  • Experience with developing and managing campaigns in Marketo
  • Website content management systems and WordPress experience
  • Analytical skills and ability to benchmark, monitor, and report on campaigns
  • Sound understanding of social campaigns, SEO, and search engine marketing
  • Hold a degree with a marketing or communications bias or CIM / IDM Diplomas or equivalent
