We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to develop and deliver our product marketing vision and strategy to drive customer conversion, engagement, and retention. The Product Marketing Manager will own the representation of the proposition to our clients ensuring the clear and engaging transfer of product into a business benefit, solving a problem, providing a solution to a client issue / concern / gap.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage go-to-market strategy development and coordination of product launches with internal stakeholders
  • Understand user segmentation, personas, and customer journey
  • Research market trends, collect and analyse feedback from customers and internal teams to shape positioning and product messaging
  • Develop and produce content for Customer Success & Sales enablement that include demos, training videos, competitive battlecards, and sales playbooks
  • Be an expert when it comes to company's products and features, and have a deep of our platform
  • Key knowledge holder around key industry regulations, procurement regulations, customer needs, industry trends, competitor products
  • Contribute to product strategy and evaluation of strategic product issues
  • Engaging with customers to drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and user experience
  • Reporting and delivering on revenue and KPI objectives

What you need:

  • Strong experience in Product Marketing in a SaaS organisation, with some time at a senior influencer level - we'll need you to jump straight in so this matters
  • To be able and happy to work in our Basingstoke office 2 days a week so you can be with your team mates and colleagues to share ideas and build great things
  • Success in positioning and messaging development as well as planning, creating, and launching go-to-market strategies for new and existing products
  • Superior storytelling and communication skills (verbal, written, visual), with an ability to distil complex concepts into simple language
  • A natural collaborator with exceptional communication and project management skills
  • Experience of building relationships and driving action and improvements across a broad stakeholder group
  • A proven track record in delivering against stretching KPIs
  • Demonstrable skills in engaging and promoting and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Experience in Construction sector or with Supply Chains is a bonus
