Every businesses are becoming Internet businesses.

In 2021, companies spent $140B in SaaS subscriptions. That's 5 times more than 6 years ago. Last year, mobile apps were downloaded 230B times on app stores and that number is growing 10% every year.

To succeed in this growing battlefield, companies require to understand how to make a product that customers want and to ensure that they are improving it over time. The goal is to create value for customers in a way that also creates value for the company.

In the early days of software, business leaders owned discovery & research and so they decided what to build. Projects with fixed timelines were assigned once a year to engineering teams. Now, rather than thinking about discovery & research only as something we do at the beginning of a project, teams want to infuse discovery continuously throughout the development process and put their research in service of pursuing a desired business outcome while meeting customer’s needs.

So the need for a better User Research solution is felt in every product team.

A solution that would provide User Analytics with Powerful Automatic Segmentation based on any combination of user behaviour and business data.

A solution that would provide Qualitative Responses to daily questions teams have with a higher response rate, a seamless in-app experience and the ability to measure the success of failure of the projects in a blink.

A solution made for Web AND Mobile, as our digital lives are now spent on our smartphones.

A solution that would be easy to deploy and integrated with daily product stack like Segment, Slack, Productboard or Notion.


This is our mission at Screeb: we are reinventing User Research by making it product-led.

Created in 2021, our company and our product are still young. But we have a lot of ambition and we are already working with top Product Teams at major B2B and B2C companies. We've just closed our Seed round and we are now ready to scale in a huge total addressable market:

Your mission

🎉 You'll be the first dedicated marketer in the team. As our first marketing hire, you’ll have a lot of ownership on helping us scale.

As the Growth Marketer, you’ll have to support:

  • Business Growth: strengthen our demand engine and generate pipeline for our Sales teams
  • Revenue: develop Screeb’s self-service business model and increase the MRR from that stream
  • Branding: bring Screeb to the next level and boost our employer brand, sharing our customer’s success with case studies
  • Lead generation: implementation of a strategy for identifying, generating and scoring leads on our priority targets in order to effectively feed our sales representatives in their prospecting
  • Automation: monitoring and development of tools and strategies to improve the acquisition process + automating the workflow between the various tools
  • Implementation of funnels and outbound marketing strategies: proposal of channels, tools, practices to be tested, to accelerate the acquisition of qualified B2B leads and implementation.
  • Tracking, Optimisation and Performance Monitoring: Implement tracking tools / Create clear dashboards to monitor key metrics / Implement a/b tests to improve the conversation / Implement lead scoring process...


You will work closely with the sales and product teams to implement the best possible acquisition strategies, under the supervision of one of the two co-founders.

  • Our demand generation happens organically right now, you’ll help us turn it into a repeatable process.
  • We have a product displayed to millions of people every month, you'll help us build our Product-Led acquisition strategy on top of that.
  • We are operating in a competitive market but you'll help transforming Screeb into a market leader.

You

  • You've been a key contributor on the marketing team at a high growth startup.
  • You are a marketing generalist who can wear many hats and juggle a lot of responsibilities.
  • You can come up with new ideas, but you're obsessed about execution and not afraid of executing the marketing strategy yourself
  • English is your native language
  • Creative, data-driven, open to new experimentations & channels
  • Data driven
  • Good copywriting skills and know how to write emails / content that converts
  • You have experience in a full remote environment
  • Experience using tools like Hubspot, Intercom, Clearbit, Wordpress, Google Ads, SEM Rush, Canva... is a plus


Your targets for your first 3 months:

  • Build a roadmap based on data
  • Improve our SEO strategy to increase traffic
  • Optimise conversion rate on our website
  • Launch experiments to generate more meetings for sales team
