We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Customer Marketing Lead who’s ready to level-up existing customer programs and build out new efforts from the ground-up, in what will be an exciting few years ahead at CentralReach. 

This role will report into the VP of Marketing and would have proven success and experience in building out end-to-end strategies and programs across the entire customer lifecycle, including driving upsell, product adoption, retention, advocacy, improving customer experience, and overall, delighting customers throughout their journey.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Partner closely with Product Marketing, Customer Success, Product and other marketing team members to drive the strategy, process and execution of key customer programs, including (but not limited to): drive interest and demand of additional add-on products; communicate the value of product features to deepen the usage of existing products, create and manage an advocate marketing program; design, build and own customer satisfaction surveys in partnership with Customer Success; build out ways to measure, analyze, and report the impact and results of customer marketing programs.  
  • In partnership with Demand Gen, build out digital lead gen efforts to drive upsell within our existing customer base.
  • Own building out a more programmatic approach and strategy to support advocacy efforts, working closely with customer success, sales and product marketing to support our go-to-market initiatives.
  • Produce rich customer stories across all formats, channels and full-funnel activities including quotes, blogs, case studies, videos, references, events, and more.
  • Lead with the development of and management of our customer advisory board (CAB), in partnership with key marketing and customer success stakeholders.
  • Responsible for building and reporting on performance metrics across the customer lifecycle, monitoring and continuously optimizing to scale.
  • Help scale customer marketing programs to support our rapidly growing team and business needs across markets.
  • Ability to make strategic decisions and a candidate with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 7+ years marketing/customer success experience with at least 3+ in a customer marketing role in the B2B/SaaS software space.
  • Experience creating and executing measurable, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Ability to work well with cross functional teams; Customer Success, Sales and Product
  • Experience with marketing tools, including automation and CRM. Experience with Pardot, Salesforce and Gainsight is a plus.
  • Demonstrable experience in executing lead generation campaigns that have contributed directly to pipeline growth and development.
  • Positive, energetic attitude and initiative, with a strong work ethic.
  • Strategic yet able to execute.
