The Client Strategist, Product Marketing will be reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will work closely with Director of Product Marketing to support product launches, collaborate with a design team to create sales materials and support sales with training, materials and day-to-day sales requests.

This role's working hours are CST OR EST time zone and this person can be remote based anywhere in the US. 

Responsibilities

  • Work with Director of Product Marketing to understand new offerings and support the GTM processes
  • Bring the creative flair to our brand-facing stories to help us switching from product-focused to solution-focused storytelling
  • Support sales enablement strategy (positioning and messaging for the different client personas & competitive intelligence) and execution in the form of collaterals
  • Independently drive the verticalization of our narrative (for all products/acquisitions)
  • Support sales with day-day client conversations: by being present on the call, help with sales scripts and market-specific intel
  • Lead the agency RFI process end-end with ops and help the sales teams onboard new clients as well as consistently capture and scale brand advertising spend
  • Identify opportunities to grow specific brand/agency accounts and drive account-based marketing
  • Design and implement programs to ensure sales are applying available resources at appropriate stages of the sales process to achieve desired results
  • Set up a process to measure effectiveness and results


Requirements

  • 3 years work experience in a digital/tech company is a must, preferably in a B2B technology setting
  • 3 years of experience developing English content for websites, blogs, sales collateral, reports, and product releases
  • Native-level English speaker (other languages a plus)
  • Clear record of successfully launching high-quality products and content
  • Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Google Slides
  • Basic skills in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and a passion for analytical thinking
  • Experience with WordPress CMS (basic HTML skills a plus)
  • Proven ability to contribute in a cross-functional workplace, especially across marketing, sales, design, and product management
  • Exceptional communication, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and hitting deadlines while working across multiple time zones
