There is a common stereotype that the creative team is not analytical enough, or they don't care about data as much as the marketers do.

But the reality is that the tooling has been missing for creatives to develop their data skills. Spreadsheets and BI tools are terrible solutions for analyzing visual assets.

That's where Motion comes in. Our Creative Analytics platform combines visual assets with performance metrics to help the creative team really spread their wings when it comes to data.

We’re growing fast!

We're growing 20% MoM, with 100%+ Net Revenue Retention and our customers are some of the best teams in the direct-to-consumer ecommerce industry. 

About the role:

🔥 You’re the first dedicated marketer on the team

As our first marketing hire, you’ll have a lot of ownership on helping us scale.

We’re solving a major pain point in a rapidly growing market and we already have a ton of traction so your impact will be felt immediately.

You’ll be handing everything from demand gen, content strategy, product marketing and more. Eventually we’ll split things out into separate functions, but for now you’ll have a hand in all of it!

You’ll be working closely with the talented Britt Edwards and our CEO Reza Khadjavi.

How you’ll make a difference:

  • Our demand generation happens organically right now, you’ll help us turn it into a repeatable process.
  • Our customers are our biggest evangelists, you’ll help us build a thriving community around them.
  • We have deep expertise around data-driven creative strategy, you’ll help us educate our community in this area.

Who you are:

  • You’ve been a key contributor on the marketing team at a high growth startup.
  • You can work closely with content writers and designers to bring content projects to life.
  • You are a marketing generalist who can wear many hats and juggle a lot of responsibilities.
  • You can come up with new ideas, but you're obsessed about execution.
