ArcSite is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our outbound marketing and product marketing activities. You’ll be responsible for presenting our products in ways that will directly engage our audience, strengthen our brand, and ultimately boost demand and sales.

For this role, you’ll need to be a creative and quantitative thinker. You should be familiar with various product marketing techniques, including messaging, positioning, promotion, go-to-market, product-led growth, and pricing strategies.

The individual in this role will collaborate closely with the Sales, Product, and Development teams to craft and execute plans for our product. This unique opportunity will allow you to drive our company’s strategy while we expand into new products, platforms, and markets. 

Responsibilities 

  • Develop market segmentation, positioning, personas, and messaging for each of our target segments
  • Understand the in-app and web experience of ArcSite and how it addresses customer needs. Collaborate with other team members to propose and build out improvements to these tools and processes
  • Create product-focused content that translates technical product details into the benefits for our users
  • Support in crafting marketing messages across our marketing channels
  • Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers
  • Plan and launch campaigns focused on upsell and cross-sell

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing (ideally with a SaaS company)
  • Experience with copywriting and message creation
  • An eye for improving user-experience
  • Always willing to learn something new, not rigid in beliefs or expectations
  • A proven track record of marketing strategic planning and management
  • Ability to leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to make informed recommendations to help guide product, marketing, and process improvements
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, deal with ambiguity, and be a self-starter
