We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Growth Marketer to join our team. As a Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth and expand our customer base. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and analytics, to identify and implement innovative marketing strategies that generate leads, increase conversion rates, and maximize customer lifetime value.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Identify target segments and effectively tailor marketing efforts and messaging.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer pain points and develop marketing campaigns that effectively address these challenges.
- Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media advertising, paid search, events, and webinars.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads, track campaign effectiveness, and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the product team to align marketing messaging with product features and benefits.
- Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to enterprise growth, including lead generation, pipeline development, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging marketing trends, and technologies to drive continuous improvement in growth marketing strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (7 years) in growth marketing or a similar role, preferably in a B2B technology company.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, buyer journeys, and account-based marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven marketing decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable growth objectives.
