Empeon’s products are helping businesses grow and thrive; we are seeking an experienced and dynamic B2B SaaS Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team.

As a Product Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our SaaS products by effectively positioning them in the market, crafting compelling messaging, and ensuring alignment with customer needs. What You’ll Do:

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscape in the HCM sector. Leverage insights to develop effective product positioning and marketing strategies.
  • Product Messaging and Positioning: In conjunction with the marketing team, develop clear, concise, and persuasive messaging that effectively communicates the value proposition of our SaaS products. Develop unique positioning strategies to differentiate our offerings in the market.
  • Product Launches: Plan and execute successful product launches, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless go-to-market strategy.
  • Evangelize and serve as the voice of the product in various marketing capacities
  • Buyer Personas and Customer Segmentation: Tailor messaging and marketing strategies to resonate with specific customer segments within the healthcare industry.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and customer retention. Utilize various marketing channels, including digital, email, events, and social media.
  • Sales Partnership: Work closely with the sales team to provide them with marketplace insights to effectively sell our SaaS products.
  • Customer Insights and Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand product satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Translate customer insights into actionable product enhancements and feature recommendations.
  • ROI Analysis: Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product marketing initiatives. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies for continuous improvement.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, preferably in the HCM or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of successful product positioning, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry and a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into simple, compelling messaging.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative team player with the capacity to build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience in analyzing marketing data and performance metrics.
