We are building a sales team and are looking for self-motivated individuals that thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is based out of Austin, TX (so you must live in ATX) and will enjoy the flexibility of working primarily from home. There will be some in-person internal meetings, and there would be an estimated up to 25% of travel for sales. We are a family-owned business that has been serving clients for over 8 years.
The ideal candidate is well-organized, technologically savvy, and has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers by understanding their business needs.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
Generate sales appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting
Prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Track and report all sales activities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or Marketing
2+ years' of experience in sales, positive track record of exceeding outlined sales goals
Strong leadership skills
Previous marketing/social experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well with others and have a positive attitude
Be able to use Excel and Google Business Applications (e.g. Google Docs, Sheets)
