Strategic Marketing Partner
RxBenefits is hiring! We are adding a Strategic Marketing Partner to our growing Marketing team. The Strategic Marketing Partner (SMP) plays an important role in RxBenefits “Land & Expand” strategy for National Accounts. As part of the Account-Based Marketing team, they work in conjunction with their Business Development and Account Management colleagues to develop custom marketing plans to achieve face-to-face Meeting, Financial Analysis, and Membership targets for their assigned group of EBC firms – all of which have an RxBenefits’ marketing agreement in place. The ideal candidate will have creative marketing ideas inspired by extensive industry experience and broker knowledge. The person who fills this role should have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, along with a solid understanding of sales enablement and content strategy. They should be experienced in working cross functionally with multiple stakeholders to build and deliver integrated partner marketing campaigns and content to accelerate the success of the partners. The SMP operates within the allocated guidelines and budgetary parameters, as outlined in the partner’s specific marketing agreement and the National Partner Playbook.
Job Responsibilities Include:
· The Strategic Marketing Partner assists with new partner onboarding and in-field sales enablement
· The SMP works with cross-functional Commercial teams to develop, launch, and execute an account-based marketing strategy that drives meeting activity, FA volume, and Membership across geographically dispersed brokerage offices
· The SMP also works with members of the Marketing teams at partner firms to develop joint producer- and employer-centric marketing plans aimed at growing RxBenefits proposal volume and membership.
· The SMP makes firm-specific presentations, case studies, sell sheets, and newsletters, and helps run partner-specific events, as needed. This includes content for broker audiences as well as employers.
· The SMP maintains a current library of partner resources. For firms that qualify, the SMP maintains a partner-specific instance of Showpad. For partners that do not qualify, the SMP maintains a partner-specific “Shared Space” in Showpad where they curate all co-branded and partner-specific sales tools and assets.
· It is the SMP’s responsibility to maintain a positive and productive relationship with partners and to regularly evaluate the marketing performance of partners and provide recommendations.
Required Skills / Experience Include:
· BS/BA Degree in Marketing or equivalent
· 5+ years marketing experience
· 5+ years pharmacy benefits / employee benefits experience
· Proven ability to interact with product management, marketing, and sales stakeholders
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade
· Ability to create persuasive sales presentations and materials
· Experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce
· Expertise in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
· Familiarity with digital marketing tactics and multi-channel campaign structures (direct mail, email, SEO, PPC)
· Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
· Ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish
