ResQ is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and help us take ResQ to the next level. As the team that helps drive 💰revenue for the business, this is an exciting opportunity that provides high impact results. You will play a pivotal role in spearheading our customer acquisition efforts and shaping our overarching marketing strategy. You will collaborate closely with our product marketing, and sales teams to develop, execute, and optimize data-driven, top-of-the-funnel marketing campaigns that drive growth.

What you will do:
- Marketing Strategies 📝: Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies focusing on our top-of-the-funnel activities.
- Mentorship 🫶: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering an environment of growth, learning, and excellence.
- Analytics and Reporting 📈: Leverage analytics tools to monitor performance across various channels (SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, Social Media, Content Marketing, etc.), understand key drivers of success, and provide insights to inform strategic decisions. Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the senior management team, providing insights and action plans to improve performance
- Marketing Funnel ⚖️ : Manage, optimize, and scale our marketing funnel, from awareness and acquisition to conversion.
- Automation Tools 🛠️: Oversee the set-up and optimization of marketing automation tools and processes, including tracking technologies (pixels, tags, etc.), to ensure accurate data collection and analysis.
- Collaboration 💬: Collaborate closely with the Product Marketing team to align marketing campaigns with product updates, launches, and key features.
- Testing ✏️: Create A/B testing processes and iterative test-and-learn procedures to improve campaign efficacy.
- ABM Marketing 💲: Implement and manage an effective Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy to target high-value accounts.
- Budgeting 💸 : Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring all campaigns deliver a strong return on investment.
- Trends 📊: Stay abreast on industry trends, competitors, and changes in the digital marketing landscape to continuously adapt and optimize our marketing strategies.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a growth marketing or performance marketing role, preferably within a startup or tech environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in utilizing digital tools and platforms for data analytics, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in web analytics software and ability to turn complex data into actionable marketing plans.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and targeted, personalized marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment.

What to expect as a candidate:
While we are never perfect, we have aimed to build a process that fosters fairness and helps to minimize bias, this includes structured processes and interviews. Our goal is that everyone interviewed has a positive experience, regardless of the outcome.
Stage 1: Send us your resume and a note about how your story connects to ours. Feel free to focus on what you have learned rather than just a list of responsibilities. Tell us your story! We’ll aim to tell you quickly if it is not the right fit so you are always informed.
Stage 2 : Successful candidates will meet with our Senior Talent Manager. It will be standardized to keep things fair but also with enough room to show your uniqueness. We’ll communicate the salary range now for full transparency. If you like us and we also think there is a fit, we’ll invite you to the next stage.
Stage 3 : A Virtual interview with our Head of Product Development & Marketing who will ask you more in depth questions about your experience and skills. Come with questions! If this call goes well and we both want to move forward with each other we will ask you to complete an assignment for your next interview.
Stage 4 : We will ask you to present your assignment to our Marketing team and Head of Product. We will provide feedback, ask some more questions (who doesn’t love more questions…) and leave time for you to ask questions to our team.
Stage 5 : This is the final stage in the interview process and we will ask you to meet with our CEO, KJ and our Head of Marketplace Operations. This will be an informal meeting and will give you an opportunity to learn more about ResQ’s vision and mission. KJ will also ask you some more questions and he will, of course, be able to answer any additional questions you might have.
